I love this app, but…
So on my old ipad i got this app. It was AMAZING! There were so many cool keyboards and I got to make custom ones, too. I would have given you a five star rating. Bu on my new ipad i downloaded the app, and there are some problems. First of all, it always says “failed to connect to server” or something when I tried to log in. It did that for my old ipad, too. Please fix that. My second issue might be the most important. When I go to the “official” tab on my new ipad this is what I see… NOTHING. There’s nothing there except for this awful “Blue Night” keyboard. Where did the others go? I don’t mind having to pay for keyboards but I DO mind there being nothing there. If it would let me make an account on my old ipad, maybe my purchases would be saved. My third and final issue is this glitch with the custom keyboard. When I turn my ipad vertically, the background image and everything is there. But when I turn it horizontally, the background image disappears. Please fix these things. By the way, I ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💖💘💝💟 this app. I’m using one of my custom keyboards to type this review, since there’s nothing there when I go to the “official” tab. This keyboard’s name is “Crystal Gems”.
